Integrating Manufacturing Solutions
With ABTech's in-house design capabilities leveraging a variety of 3D software, we are able to assist customers to create new or better products and applications using either Thixomoulding® or Die-casting technologies for their respective Magnesium and Aluminium parts. By involving our Customers in the initial New Product Introduction (NPI), the Company aims to create the “Right Design” in order to achieve the “Right Quality”.
With ABTech's advanced tool machineries and sophisticated 3D mould flow analysis during the design stage, we apply the principle of “Build it Right the 1st Time and Every Time” and thus meeting the most stringent customers' lead time and mould quality requirement.
ABTech applies its State-of-the-Art moulding capability to Magnesium Alloy for High Speed Semi-Solid (Thixotropic) Injection Moulding. With the special characteristics of Magnesium Alloy, Thixomoulding® processes enable complex parts to be moulded near to net shape while maintaining high precision tolerance.

Trimming, CNC Machining & Deburring
With ABTech's wide array of infrastructural facilities and technical expertise, the Company is able to create a qualitative range of products through these post production processes. All jigs, fixtures and gauges are fabricated in-house for Trimming, CNC Machining and Deburring processes to boost consistency.

Chemical Treatment & Passivation
Magnesium Passivation: ABTech uses organic chemical conversion coating for all its passivation requirement to provide good corrosion resistance. All chemicals used are environmentally friendly and in compliance with the REACH and RoHS requirement.
Aluminium Chemical Treatment: ABTech offers both Trivalent Chromium Plating and Electroless Nickel Plating for its intricate Aluminium parts. In-house laboratory facility is available to control the chemical quality, line consistency and concurrently ensure superior Salt Spray Test (SST), Conductivity Control, Thickness Test results and ability to perform a variety of Chemical Composition Analysis.
In addition, we also provide other coating requirement such as Ceramic Coating, Electrode Deposition (ED) Coating for both Aluminium and Magnesium products.
Finishing Processes
Plastic Injection Moulding
ABTech is well equipped with a range of tonnages of Plastic Injection machines for our Customers to form mechanical synergy with Magnesium or Aluminium Parts. Moulding capability includes Insert Moulding, Precision Plastic Moulding on a great variety of plastic resins namely PC, ABS, PC/ABS, Nylon, Glassfill Plastic, TPE, PP and other special grade of plastic resins.
Machine Tonnages: 450T, 350T, 220T, 180T, 150T, 110T, 80T, 55T, 40T & 20T
Mechanical Sub Assembly
ABTech offers a comprehensive mechanical sub-assembly service to our Customers boosting a convenient localisation content to be assembled into modular forms, eventually meeting the overall cost target.
